ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Robby Joshi, AIA, is an urban designer, planner, and NCARB certified licensed architect with 25+ years leading projects from concept design to construction. His work spans townships planning, commercial centers, high rises, healthcare, hospitality, technology campuses, datacenters and theme parks. Recognized since 2002 for repeat client partnerships, he expanded into Southeast Asia, rebranding his practice as ARCHENICS servicing multinational clients with creative design services. Before launching his practice, he worked with leading USA based A&E firms including Jacobs Facilities, HOK, and The Austin Company.
Drawing on the idea that if one can imagine a building and bring it into physical reality, one can also envision and manifest alternate realities, Robby began reaching out to notable figures with thought provoking experiments on utopian possibilities. This exploration evolved into the Eleven Elements book series comprising seven science fiction volumes examining humanity’s survival through the lens of time travel and speculative social design. A lifelong sci-fi enthusiast since watching the original Star Trek, Robby continues to practice architecture while writing fascinating stories. He lives in Florida with his family, balancing architecture project work, real and fictional world-building mixed-in with some storytelling.
